Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Research – Broadening Perspectives and Practice
This is a half day webinar. We’ll explore how Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) principles are being integrated across a range of research practice partnership projects funded by NIHR.
Project leads will share how EDI considerations have shaped their research design, engagement and outcomes. The session will also provide space for in-depth discussion using breakout rooms. Participants will be encouraged to engage with statements that inspire reflection to challenge assumptions and stimulate critical reflection. Attendees will gain insights into practical approaches, lessons learned, and the broader impact of embedding EDI in research practice partnerships.
