Learning - and sharing our learning - is important to us at the Insight Collective, so we've developed a package of services to help you connect with and learn from peers and experts.

The project finder shares information about innovative practice examples and research initiatives, where they're happening, who’s involved, and how to find out more. It aims to help people connect and learn from each other.

On our events pages, you can find a selection of events based in Wales that are about improving and developing social care.

Our training library pulls together a range of different courses, seminars and content – from short videos to formal learning opportunities with a recognised qualification. We include both in-person and online courses, while some will be free and others will have a fee.

The library will list opportunities to improve data and analytical skills, helping people working in social care collect the best evidence to support their work.
