Finding the right support: innovation drop-in sessions with Social Care Wales’s innovation and improvement staff
Come and find out how we can support you to develop and improve your practice and the services you provide.
During September and October we’ll be holding series of online drop-in sessions to give you more information about how we support innovation in social care.
In these informal sessions, our innovation and improvement staff will be on hand to offer advice and direct you to other sources of support in the organisation.
Who this session is for
These sessions are for anyone who works in social care and who’s interested in the support we offer to develop and improve practice and services.
You might have a particular issue or idea you want support with but don’t know which of our services is right for you. Or you might want to find out more about a specific support offer.
Our staff can help you find the support you’re looking for.
During this session you’ll have an opportunity to meet:
Angharad Dalton, Innovation Coaching Manager – Angharad leads our innovation coaching service, which can give you access to a coach who will help you develop your ideas to improve practice, processes, services and outcomes.
Elle Henley and Lilla Vér - Community Managers – Our community managers will be able to provide more information about our communities of practice support and development service, which supports people to explore a community approach to tackling social care challenges.
Emma Davies, Improvement and Development Manager – Emma leads our work on creating positive cultures and can answer questions related to growing positive cultures within care settings.
Tara Hughes, Research Officer – Tara will be available to offer information around how organisations can share routinely collected data to support research.
They’ll answer your questions about the support their teams offer, and signpost you to the support that’s available from other teams.
