Creating a positive culture

Find out about the key principles that contribute to a positive, supportive culture. This includes leading with compassion, helping people feel valued and respected and encouraging a work environment that balances risks, rights and responsibilities.

Drive change through critical reflection

Shaping a positive culture is also about collective decision making. This means bringing people together and creating opportunities for critical reflection and buy-in. Here are some opportunities to help you:

• Academi Wales (residentials, leadership development programmes, short courses and master classes) 
• Developing Evidence Enriched Practice (DEEP) catalyst training course: making collective decisions
• Team Manager Development Programme.
