I’m the lead for building positive cultures in Social Care Wales. I support the delivery of better-quality services and improved well-being outcomes for people. I work collaboratively to develop meaningful relationships and support coproduction, testing and learning about solutions to shared challenges.

I have 20 years’ experience working in the public, third and private sector leading and developing transformational and service redesign programmes with stakeholders in adult social care, commissioning, health integration, housing and prevention.
