I’m passionate about the importance of social care and the difference it can make to people. That’s why I want to support evaluation to help you learn, and demonstrate the impact you're having on people’s lives. I have over 15 years of experience in demonstrating impact across a variety of social policy areas, from working in front line service delivery to providing evidence based policy advice to Welsh Government.

My previous roles include: running a youth charity, community development, carrying out research at the Welsh Centre for Public Policy and Y Lab, as well as supporting and evaluating the impact of innovations in the public sector. So if you’d like to find out if I can help your work, do get in touch for an informal chat, and I'll do my best to help out in any way I can.
