Place-based Care Community - 4 Types of Organizational Politics’ session

We’d like to invite you to our next 'In the loop' series session by the Place-based Care Community

17 September, 11-12, online via Teams

This session will focus on the understanding different types of influences (individual - organisational and formal-informal), inspired by Ravi Kiran Gandikota’s LinkedIn post on the “4 Types of Organizational Politics”. We will look at how this might apply in a more localised, social care context.

It will be an interactive session, so please feel free to bring reflections, thoughts and experiences.

The Community’s ‘In the loop’ series is an opportunity to engage with recent and interesting topics related to place-based care in a quick and interactive way.
