The Place-based Care Community: - ‘A collaborative community approach to supporting the adult social care front door’

The Place-based Care Community invites you to a session around ‘A collaborative community approach to supporting the adult social care front door’

25 September, 10:30-12pm, online

It starts in the places we call home, sometimes referred to as our neighbourhood, fostering neighbourliness, it’s more about weaving together the strengths and assets in a place. It starts with the philosophy that real prevention starts in the street, with each other and builds out from there.

SPINDL CIC have been developing and supporting community coordinated approaches in a number of places, focusing on nurturing networks and relationships and ensuring the fabric of community is strong.

This approach starts with us and the power of community, of human care and seeks to support ‘neighbourhoods of care’.

Come along to explore how this approach is taking root in different places and how it might grow in yours.
