What could change if you gave yourself time to think?
Have you got a challenge at work?
Or are you curious about how we can support you with innovation, improvement or change?
Our innovation drop-ins give you the chance to have an informal conversation with our team and find out more about the support available from Social Care Wales.
You don't always need the answer. Sometimes you need the space to explore.
A space to think
Working in social care often means dealing with complex challenges. Sometimes, finding a way forward starts by creating space to think differently.
Our drop-in sessions give you that opportunity.
You can:
- talk through a challenge you’re facing
- explore different perspectives and possibilities
- reflect on an idea or approach
- find out more about our innovation, research and other support
- have an informal conversation about what might help you move forward.
The sessions are open and unstructured, so there’s no set agenda and you don’t need to stay for the whole session.
Who are they for?
The drop-in sessions are open to people working across social care in Wales, including managers, team leaders, improvement and development staff, providers and others interested in improving services and practice.
You might have a specific challenge you want to explore. Or you might simply want to find out more about what we do.
